Technical Configuration
  • Wallboard: Sandwich style EPS (expanded polystyrene) 50mm thickness. Colorful steel skin boards 0.476mm thickness. Galvanized steel roof panel.
  • Basement: Galvanized steel sheet and square steel pipe construction. 3 rows of grids with floor filter & 2 rows of additional support.
  • Door: 3 pieces of luxury front doors with 0.8mm thickness colorful steel skin. Size: 3000(w) x 2600(h). 1 piece of rear access door.
Spray booth air circulation system
  • Air Circulation System: 1 x 7.5kw direct drive intake fan, 1 x 5.5kw direct drive exhaust fan. BELIMO 20N electric controls.
  • Burner: Italy Riello RG5S diesel burner, 260,000 Kcal/h. Heating time 4-5 minutes (20-60°C). Maximum temperature 80°C. Fuel consumption 5-6kg/vehicle.
Spray booth lighting system
  • Heat Exchanger: Made of stainless steel with 85% heat exchange rate.
  • Lighting System: Ceiling light has 32 pieces of 16w LED lamps. Side light has 16 pieces of 16w LED lamps. 1200 Lux illumination.
Air purification and filtration system
  • Air Purification: Dual filtering structure. Primary filter uses M pattern nonwoven filter bags capturing granules larger than 10μm. Ceiling filter captures granules bigger than specified size. Air cleanliness reaches 98% in working environment.
  • Pollution Control System: Special configuration with M pattern Active Carbon pocket Filter System for enhanced environmental protection.
