2023 new CE approved bus spray booth 15m truck painting room designed for professional automotive painting applications with advanced filtration and temperature control systems.
Key Features
  • Wallboard: Fire-retardant composite molding sandwich style EPS (75mm thickness) with colorful steel skin boards (HDG). Rock wool and PU options available.
  • Door System: 4 front doors with aluminum bordure (4000×5000mm), 2 emergency doors (650×1800mm each)
  • Intake Fan System: 2 groups with 11kw intake fans each (total 22kw), BELIMO 20N electric damper, Siemens technology, air flow: 64,000m³/h
  • Exhaust Fan System: 2 groups with 11kw exhaust fans each (total 22kw), air flow: 64,000m³/h
  • Filtering System: Multi-layer filtration structure with primary filter (>10μm), ceiling filter (>5μm), and green filter for paint/dust emission. 98% air cleanliness.
  • Burner System: Original Italy RIELLO RG5S diesel burner, 260,000Kcal/h per unit (total 520,000Kcal/h), max temperature 80°C
  • Heat Exchanger: 2 sets made of 1.5mm thickness stainless steel, 85% heat exchange rate
  • LED Lighting: 116 pieces of 16w LED lamps (ceiling and side lights), 900 Lux illumination
  • Control System: Microcomputer control system with cabinet type for easy operation and maintenance
