Key Features

Wallboard Construction

Fire-retardant composite sandwich panels with 75mm EPS thickness (rock wool and PU optional). Features HDG colorful steel skin boards and high-quality galvanized steel roof panel.

Door System

4 front doors with aluminum bordure (4000×5000mm) and 2 emergency doors (650×1800mm each) for safety and accessibility.

Ventilation System

2 groups of 11KW intake fans (64,000m³/h total) with BELIMO 20N electric dampers and 2 groups of 7.5KW exhaust fans (40,000m³/h total).

Filtration System

Multi-layer filtering achieving 98% air cleanliness. Primary filter captures >10μm particles, ceiling filter captures >5μm particles, with green filters for paint and dust emission control.
