WINTAI-9002 Gas Heating Turbo Fan Spray Booth is engineered for body shops with access to natural gas or LPG infrastructure, offering significantly lower fuel costs compared to diesel systems. The 36 IR lamp configuration provides uniform heat distribution for consistent paint curing. 1) Wallboard: 50mm EPS sandwich panels, 0.5mm galvanized steel skins. Rock wool option available for enhanced insulation.
2) Basement: Galvanized steel construction, 350mm pit height. 3 rows ventilation grids + 2 rows checkered plates. Anti-slip surface treatment.
3) Door: 4 front access doors (3000*2600mm each). 2 safety/emergency doors. Tempered glass viewing windows with aluminum frame.
4) Air System: 8.5KW intake turbo fan + 6.5KW exhaust turbo fan. BELIMO damper. Air velocity 0.35 m/s. 280 air changes/hour.
