Equipment Design
The ASE-008E ATF machine features a cabinet-type design with a top handle and bottom wheels for easy mobility. Oil pipes utilize quick-connect joints for simple installation and removal. The operation panel is designed for intuitive and straightforward use.
Important: During dynamic cleaning and deep oil changing processes, the equipment requires continuous monitoring by trained personnel.
Operation Preparation
Position the vehicle in the workplace, switch off the engine, and lift to appropriate height with driving wheels suspended
Remove oil filter using tools and install appropriate adapter kit according to adapter table specifications
Place cleaning filter core in the transparent filter cup of the equipment
Pre-Operation Verification
Confirm oil adapter kit is securely installed on oil filter base
Verify correct connection between inlet/outlet hoses of oil adapter and outlet/return hoses of equipment
Set pressurized flush valve to OFF position
Adjust regulator valve of pressurized flushing counterclockwise to minimum port
Connect adapter kits and equipment pipeline to vehicle
