Equipment Design
The ASE-008E features a cabinet-style design with a top handle and bottom wheels for easy mobility. Quick-connect oil pipe joints enable simple installation and removal, while the intuitive operation panel ensures straightforward use.
Important: The equipment requires continuous monitoring during dynamic cleaning and deep oil changing processes.
Operation Preparation
Position the vehicle in the workplace, turn off the engine, and lift to appropriate height with driving wheels suspended
Remove oil filter and install appropriate adapter kit according to adapter table specifications
Place cleaning filter core in the equipment's transparent filter cup
Verify the following:
Oil adapter kit is securely installed on oil filter base
Inlet/outlet hoses are correctly connected to equipment outlet/return hoses
Pressurized flush valve is set to OFF position
Regulator valve for pressurized flushing is adjusted counterclockwise to minimum port
Adapter kits and equipment pipelines are properly connected to vehicle
