Our fully automatic computer car washing equipment is designed according to European and American standards (CE
certification), with Mitsubishi (PLC) as the control center throughout the process. It is mainly used for all-round high pressure washing, precise brushing, air drying, waxing, and coating of different types of small vehicles such as sedans,
off-road vehicles, and SUVs. The operation interface adopts advanced touch screen control system, fully displayed in
Chinese, capable of human-machine dialogue, with automatic and manual control functions, and simple operation. The
computer operating system can automatically adjust the optimal wiping distance between the bristles and the body cleaning
surface according to different vehicle models (length, width, and height), ensuring the pressure and cleaning effect of
the bristles on the vehicle, and achieving fully inclusive cleaning of the vehicle without leaving any dead corners. The
device also has a fault automatic detection and alarm system, a vehicle appearance automatic recognition system, a fault
troubleshooting method display system, a car wash counting system, and so on. Multiple protection measures are adopted in
the design, with high automation and strong reliability! The main electronic components are all from internationally
renowned brands, with stable performance and low failure rates. Multiple safety protections are adopted in design and
process to ensure the long-term normal operation of the equipment. Its functions have fully reached the international
advanced level.
