WT15000 High-efficient diesel burner spray paint booth designed for buses, trucks, and various vehicles. Available in 110V/220V/380V voltage configurations for flexible manufacturing applications.

  • Wallboard: Fire-retardant composite molding sandwich style EPS (75mm thickness) with HDG colorful steel skin boards
  • Doors: 4 front doors with aluminum bordure (4000×4500mm) and 2 emergency doors (800×1800mm each)
  • Intake System: 2 groups with 11kw intake fans each (total 22kw), BELIMO 20N electric dampers
  • Exhaust System: 2 groups with 11kw exhaust fans each (total 22kw), air flow: 64,000m³/h
  • Filtration: Multi-layer filtering structure achieving 98% air cleanliness
  • Burner System: Original Italy RIELLO RG5S diesel burners, 2 units totaling 520,000Kcal/h
