WINTAI-9005 is the flagship heavy-duty diesel spray booth for the most demanding industrial applications: heavy truck fleet maintenance, bus manufacturing, construction equipment refinishing, and military vehicle coating. The 10T reinforced basement with 5-row grid extraction handles the largest commercial vehicles. Dual diesel burners (600,000 Kcal/h combined) paired with 48 ceiling IR lamps and 32 side wall lamps ensure uniform curing across the massive 66m² interior. WINTAI has completed heavy industrial booth projects for national bus operators, mining equipment manufacturers, and port logistics companies worldwide.

Main Features
1) Wallboard: 100mm rock wool sandwich, 0.6mm galvanized steel dual skin. Class A fire-rated (GB 8624). Wind-load rated 180 km/h.
2) Basement: Heavy I-beam substructure. 500mm reinforced concrete pit (design provided). 5 rows ventilation grids + 4 rows checkered plates. 10T operational / 14T static tested.
3) Door: Industrial motorized vertical lift (6000*5000mm) with safety light curtain. Dual rear doors. 4 personnel doors with panic bars.
4) Air System: 4* Turbo VFD fans (2*9.5KW intake + 2*7.5KW exhaust). Total airflow 85,000 m³/h. Air velocity 0.35-0.45 m/s. 350 air changes/hour.
5) Diesel Burners: Dual synchronized Riello-type diesel burners (600,000 Kcal/h total). Dual SS316L heat exchangers with 90% efficiency. Fuel consumption 8-10 kg/vehicle.
6) IR Lighting Array: 48 ceiling IR LED lamps + 32 side wall + 12 wall lamps. 1600 Lux at working height. Color rendering index (CRI) >90 for accurate color work.
7) Filtration: F6 EU6 walk-on ceiling plenum (10 panels). 5-zone fiberglass quick-release floor filters. Optional HEPA H13 final filter for critical applications.
8) Emission Control: Industrial active carbon adsorption tower (3m³ capacity). Continuous VOC monitoring with data logging. >98% VOC removal efficiency.
9) Control & Safety: Schneider PLC + 12" industrial touch screen. Remote access via VPN for diagnostics. 50 programmable cure recipes. Integrated gas detection + fire alarm interface.
