Our frames feature laser high-precision cutting, CNC bending, and 304 stainless steel high-strength screw fixation. This manufacturing process provides superior precision, stability, and safety compared to traditional welded frames.

Frame steel utilizes Q235 international standard profile with 4mm thickness. Surface treatment includes pickling, phosphating, and hot-dip galvanizing, with SGS salt spray test grade report achieving grade 10.

Users can automatically set chemical consumption on the touch screen according to vehicle dirt levels.
